I don’t know if these work against the latest CTP, but you can ask Ceyhun Ciper.

  1. Thank you very much for noticing them Doug.

These were for the May CTP but now I have reason to update them for the last CTP.

  2. Hi,
nice samples. Where to find resources about writing such plugins? Wich technology would you use for a “graphical model editor”? OSLO? MS DSL Toolkit?

    Thx and regards

  3. If you want your vDSL to run in VS. Use the DSL toolkit. If the model for your DSL can be represented in SQL Server (using M), Quadrant is an easy solution of vDSLs.

  4. Hi Manfred,

Well, I had written those plug-ins using IntelliPad’s MEF exposure; but as Doug says it is maybe more tenable to stick to VS now that it is almost available (but not the DSL toolkit though; nobody used it in 5 years). I wish IntelliPad (or EMacs for Windows) would not go away but it inevitably will, and maybe it is a good thing as the VS Editor seems to open itself up in promising ways.

Still, if you want to leverage IntelliPad, I have a library that facilitates writing such plug-ins @ http://www.sixpairs.com/intellipad/intellipad.aspx (it is called “IntelliPad Plug-In Helper Library”).

    Regards,
    Ceyhun
